300 grams of cultivated mushrooms
1 tablespoon of butter
3 tablespoons of flour
1 glass of water Milk
3 glasses of water
1 teaspoon salt
How to make mushroom soup?
For mushroom soup, first wash and clean the mushrooms well.
Then, cut it into cubes and put it in the pot.
Add enough water to cover it. Add the lemon juice and boil the mushrooms well.
In a different pot, melt the butter. Add the flour and fry.
When the color of the flour changes, add the milk.
Then add water, pepper and salt.
